I did not receive #150 ABBUC magazine and I was wondering who can I contact to a)purchase a new copy (if possible) and/or b) get some king of number and/or sender name so I can file a complaint and search of missing letter (if possible). BTW if you are planning to file a complaint with the postal company, I have to tell you that that is impossible. Only the sender can file a complained.
